I recently talked with Stewart Rogers (@TheRealSJR) and he shared with me a very cool and different approach to CRM and Marketing Automation. The solution, Salesformics.

- Drag and drop workflows allow for “if this than that” scenarios. Example: If new lead, send Welcome Email, wait 1 day, Tweet out a message.
- Segment your data and lists by tagging your users. Think EverNote combined with a CRM. Allows for each record to be easily labeled.
